Reclaim YOU: A Women's Small Group Strength Training Program

This is more than a workout series—it’s a chance to reclaim your strength physically, emotionally, and energetically, with coaching that honors your body, all while hanging out with your friends!

  • 8-week program May 5th - June 27th | PIF $597 or 2 payments of $307

  • Includes: 2x/week strength sessions (M/W or T/TH) + optional Friday focused on core, gentle yoga, and connection over coffee/tea.

  • Group of 5 women max per session M-TH (everyone enrolled can join Fridays)

  • Coaching that honors your body, energy, and season of life

  • Program members receive $20/month off a Studio Membership during the program for additional support and space between sessions.
